Guests can also use bus services from Kolkata to Godkhali. Once you get down at the Godkhali bus stand, walk to the boat point and take a boat to Gosaba Island. Cars or buses can be parked near the bus stand. Gosaba Island is the biggest and the last inhabited island towards Sundarbans. Even being an island, it has its own self-governance, hospital, roads, market, banks, school, etc. Guests can buy fruits, mosquito coils, coffee, and snacks on this island at regular rates.
